Aberdeen Global Scholarship is now open for Aberdeen Law Students

The University of Aberdeen is offering self-funded international students scholarships to help ease their transition into life in the North-east of Scotland.

Open to both undergraduate and postgraduate Masters students commencing their studies in the 2025/26 cycle, the scholarships are only available for those choosing to study at the Aberdeen campus.

The undergraduate package totals £6,000 per year and is available to all self-funded full-time on campus undergraduate students classified as international fee status and starting their studies in September 2025.

The postgraduate package, valued at £8,000, is available to all self-funded full-time on campus Masters students classified as international fee status and starting their studies in either September 2025 or January 2026. The scholarship applies to both taught and research Masters (research Masters that start outside of September or January in the 2025/26 academic year are still eligible for the scholarship).

Both are in the form of tuition fee wavers.

Available only for Aberdeen campus students, the scholarships aim to provide essential financial support to ease the transition into life in the North-east of Scotland. By alleviating some of the costs associated with studying abroad, the Aberdeen Global Scholarship enables recipients to focus on their academic and personal growth as they establish their new home in a vibrant and welcoming community.
