Audio Visual

Our Audio Visual service provides and manages equipment and services to around 350 teaching spaces at both Foresterhill and Old Aberdeen sites.

Classroom Services

• AV and IT equipment in these rooms is regularly checked and maintained to ensure reliability and consistency of operation.
• Calling our helpline extension 3000 will contact AV services directly which results in a remotely managed solution or a visit from a technician.

AV provision varies according to the room size and location. Please contact us to ensure that the equipment provided meets your needs.

Conference and Events Services

• We provide a range of services for conferences through the Conference and Events office.
• We offer services for many University events throughout the year.

Consultancy

• We offer consultancy to University departments and individuals who need advice on purchasing AV equipment.
