Issue with specific webforms, listed below, resulting in some data not being captured between noon Wed 8 and 10am Thurs 9 Jan
What happened?
On Wednesday afternoon a change was made to our website as part of the process of migrating to the new TerminalFour (T4) Content Management System. This change affected our website applications, forms and URL redirects.
The impacts were that between 12.24pm on Wednesday 8th January and 10.06am on Thursday 9th January URL redirects failed to work; information submitted via forms was not captured, and certain website application content (e.g. news and events) failed to display.
What do you need to do?
