In most cases, you contact us for one of two reasons - to request information and/or advice about a current service, or to request a new or significantly modified service.
- If your request is about a current service, e.g. a fault or minor modification, or is a standard service request, e.g. access to a system, please contact our Service Desk:
- If your request is about a new or significantly modified application, database, website, or element of technical infrastructure, please contact either the relevant IT section or your IT Relationship Manager.
If a request is not progressing to your satisfaction, please contact either your IT Relationship Manager or Brian Henderson, Director of Digital & Information Services, Service Management.
