Publication: QTL-seq reveals a major root-knot nematode resistance locus on chromosome 11 in rice
A recent paper published in Euphytica summarises the work between Dr. Roshi Shrestha, Dr. Adam Price and the CGEBM team which identifies a nematode resistant locus within rice.
