- EU Dynamic Days Conference 2022

The University of Aberdeen hosted Dynamics Day s Europe over 5 days in August 2022, with 200 international attendees. The institution is one of the largest research hubs on Dynamics in both UK and Europe, with a special focus on interdisciplinary applications.
Dynamics Days is a series of annual international conferences founded in 1980 that provides a European forum for developments in the theory and applications of nonlinear dynamics. For over forty years it has been bringing together researchers from a wide range of mathematical backgrounds for interdisciplinary research in nonlinear science.

- Public Communication of Science and Technology Conference (PCST) 2020+1

The PCST conference was originally intended to take place as a face to face conference in May 2020; this had to be postponed due to Covid-19 until May 2021, and was successfully relaunched as a fully virtual event which attracted over 600 delegates from around the globe.
- Society for Latin America Studies (SLAS) 2021 Conference

Having worked with the Society for Latin American Studies in 2015 to administer their conference in Aberdeen, CPD and Event Services supported their virtual event in 2021 which attracted over 200 international delegates.
- Biological Wastewater Treatment and Anaerobic Digestion: Theory, Design and Practice

This on-demand IChemE approved advanced online CPD course, launched in July 2020 and is being delivered online via MyAberdeen with recorded lectures, tutorials and live-one-to-one sessions with the students. Aimed at professionals and PhD students working in the areas of biological wastewater treatment and anaerobic digestion. This advanced course describes how to optimise and design biological wastewater treatment and anaerobic digestion processes in order to maximise treatment efficiency while minimising the capital and operating costs.
- Introduction to Offshore Decommissioning

Delivered by the National Decommissioning Centre , this ECITB-approved CPD course is suitable for those wishing to gain a greater understanding of the issues and activities associated with offshore decommissioning, including oil and gas industry professionals (technical and non-technical), engineers, managers, finance and procurement personnel, as well as those working in related industries or regulatory bodies.The first cohort of the online version of the event launched in July 2020 and was hosted via MyAberdeen and Collaborate Ultra. The course usually runs every 2 months.
