Facilities

We welcome students and staff to organise social or spiritual events with us at the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy. We are here to serve as a social and spiritual centre on campus. We have spaces for you to meet, share meals, worship, and connect with your community. There are a range of facilities which you can book out, including a Lounge, Meeting Room and Kitchen. The Quiet Room is available at all times to anyone.

No charges are applied for room bookings for the University community but there is a small charge of £5 for the use of the Kitchen by groups to help cover cleaning and equipment costs.

Room bookings for external groups will be charged as follows:

£20 per booking for the Lounge or Meeting Room (Includes use of Kitchen)

Available Facilities

Kitchen 

The Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, crockery, teapots, utensils, and pots and pans. There is a hot-water machine for hot drinks and a microwave oven, a basic electric oven/hob, a small fridge, a dishwasher, and a double sink with draining racks. People using the Kitchen are required to leave it clean and tidy. There is a small charge of £5 for groups who use the Kitchen to cover cleaning and equipment costs.

Lounge

The Lounge is located on the ground floor at the rear of the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy and is suitable for use by groups of up to 20 people.

Meeting Room 

The Meeting Room is located on the ground floor at the rear of the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy and is suitable for use by groups of up to 15 people.
