Medical Physics and Imaging

The University of Aberdeen has been at the forefront of medical imaging for over 50 years, since we developed the world’s first full-body MRI scanner. Today our biomedical physics and medical imaging graduates can be found working within hospitals, academic institutions and industry around the world. Our MSc Medical Physics programme is accredited by the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM).
