Biography
Kaye Taylor has been part of the School of Psychology since 2020 and was appointed Interim School Administration Manager in May 2025. In her role, Kaye works closely with the Head of School and the wider Senior Management Team to support the strategic and operational delivery of the School’s objectives.
Kaye has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the School’s administrative function and line manages the School Administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a high-quality service is delivered across teaching, research, and student support activities. She plays a key role in developing efficient processes, supporting staff development, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
With a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement, Kaye contributes to a positive and professional working environment and is dedicated to supporting both staff and students within the School of Psychology.
