MR JOSEPH THOMAS

Biography

I am a PhD student in applied mathematics, with a particular interest in topological data analysis (TDA) and its applications in ecology. My research focuses on using tools from algebraic topology to study biological systems, such as ecological niches and species interactions. I have a background in theoretical physics and originally come from Leeds, UK. I am supervised by Dr Juliano Morimoto.
