Biography
Professor Maheri joined the University of Aberdeen in 2016 (Senior Lecturer 2016, Reader 2021, Personal Chair 2022). Prior to that, he was a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical and Construction Engineering, Northumbria University (2009-2016) and a member of Aerospace Vehicle Architecture and Design Integration Research and Teaching Group, Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Bristol (2007-2009).
Professor Maheri has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Shiraz University, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering-Energy Conversion from Amirkabir University of Technology and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering-Design and Simulation of Adaptive Aero-structures from UWE Bristol.
