Professor Gregg Caruso, Professor of Philosophy at State University of New York and Corning Co-Director of the Justice Without Retribution Network will deliver his talk on: 'Free Will and Criminal Behaviour: The Public Health-Quarantine Model.' 

The talk will discuss legal and ethical issues connected with free will, punishment, and crime prevention, and will draw on insights from philosophy, law, psychology and neuroscience.
