Professor Julie Ratcliffe is Matthew Flinders Fellow and Professor of Health Economics in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University, Australia. She is also the Health and Social Care Economics Theme Lead for the Flinders University Caring Futures Institute.

Professor Ratcliffe's talk is titled: “If we don’t measure it we can’t improve it!” Development and validation of QOL-ACC: a new preference based quality of life measure for aged care.
