In this session, participants will explore how to develop effective and creative leadership skills. Keeping your organisation at the forefront and staying ahead of the pack is becoming increasingly challenging, requiring creativity, innovation and imagination. Paul will explore the practical things you can do to strengthen your creative leadership.
The workshop will be run by Paul Sloane from Destination Innovation. Paul is a speaker, facilitator and author on innovation and lateral thinking. With more than 30 years' experience in managing teams, Paul has developed a unique insight into creative leadership.
