In this session participants will explore the importance of followership as an integral part of developing a culture of supportive leadership. The speaker - Chris Matchan - will encourage participants to look at the different dimensions of followership and explore when, who and why individuals, teams and organisations step up in support of their leaders.
Chris Matchan has more than 20 years' experience in the HR and Management field, including senior positions in Fujitsu, Guinness and CitiBank. He now runs his own consultancy in the areas of Employee Engagement, Leading and Managing, Change, Coaching and Search, as well as teaching at Henley, Warwick and Maastricht.
