In this session, the speakers - Gregor Rae and Mark Stagg from Business Lab- will look at how to unlock corporate knowledge, both past and present, to address business challenges. When faced with new challenges, many companies seek to reinvent the wheel, rather than look back and learn from past experience. The tools and techniques introduced in this workshop will give participants a fresh insight into how to use corporate histories.
Gregor and Mark are strategists with more than 20 years' experience in corporate and product positioning, marketing, communications, organisational development and learning.
