Terms and Conditions
  • Only catering from the universities hospitality team is permitted in venues on campus
  • Catering is not permitted within teaching spaces therefore please ensure a catering table is available outside the room.
  • Compostable disposables are provided with all our deliveries
  • When ordering hot drinks an equal split between tea and coffee is provided with enough to cater for one 8oz cup per person.
  • Once you receive a confirmation email please respond with an event finish time to arrange kit box pick up.
  • Deliveries may arrive 20 minutes before or after your requested time due to the volume of activity that day.
  • if you not like to be disturbed please let us know to leave the catering outside the room.
  • Please ensure after your event all catering is cleared up and items are placed back in the blue kit box, our delivery team is not responsible for tidying up the venue.
  • If items are removed form the delivery location please contact hospitality to let them know of the change.
  • Please do not leave your catering unattended.
  • There will be a charge of any missing or damaged equipment such as flasks, reusable platter trays and water bottles.
  • Allergen information is supplied with all delivered catering.
  • Food safety recommends all food must be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
  • If the original item cannot be provided due to supply issues etc we reserve the right to substitute for items of equal or superior quality.
What is the notice period for ordering delivered catering?
  • Minimum of 24 hours
    • Tea/coffee and accompaniments
    • Water/fruit juice 
    • Alcohol
  • Minimum of 72 hours
    • Breakfast and bakery items

    • Soup, salads and sandwich platters

What are your operating hours?

Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm

Out with these hours delivery fees apply.

Do you charge delivery fees?

Deliveries that fall out with our operating hours incur a delivery fee per delivery.

Monday to Friday:

  • Before 8am: £36.00
  • After 4pm: £36.00
  • Off campus: £36.00

Weekend:

  • Anytime: £42.00
Can I order tea and coffee on its own?

Tea and coffee is available to order on its own for numbers 50 and above. Below this it must be accompanied by a food item such as biscuits, fruit or sandwiches. 

Is there a minimum number for ordering delivered catering?

A minimum number of 10 applies to certain items on our menu and if this is the case it will be detailed on our website and on the internal catalogue. 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be amended by contacting the hospitality team directly however it may not always be possible to accommodate last minute requests. Please be aware that for changes to take affect orders in the system may need to be cancelled and raised again. 

How can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled under the same minimum notice periods as placing an order. 

How should I provide allergen details for my order?

If you have any allergen requirements please contact hospitality directly.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. If you are an external customer VAT will be applied and included on your confirmation email.
