A free exercise class to align and calm your body, mind and spirit.
This class includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to increase flexibility, tone and strengthen muscles as well as many other advantages. It will bring peace to the mind and body. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Open to all UoA Staff and Students and NHS Grampian Staff. No need to pre-book, just come along and join in.
