This executive course is designed for security professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge in the small wars space and acquire skills in theory development. Candidates learn the most innovative ideas in counterinsurgency theory. They will also be trained in the skills necessary to develop ‘strategic theory’ useful for practice in specific contexts. After completing the course, candidates will be able to contribute to their country’s counterinsurgency strategy and other needs of the police and armed forces.

This executive course is designed for candidates interested in or already working in policy or policy advisor roles.
