We recently hosted an insightful MBA workshop on Emotional Intelligence at AFG College with the University of Aberdeen, led by Professor Chris Collins, Vice Principal Academic, and Yasmine ElBallouli.The participants and alumni explored key principles of emotional intelligence and their impact on personal development, leadership, and professional success.Through interactive activities and real-life scenarios, participants gained practical insights into self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, and effective communication, linking behaviours and emotions to meaningful personal and professional growth.
