Our 7th annual International Women’s Day conference took place on February 27 in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons Automobiles. The event covered several important topics, such as the need to remove gender-specific job titles that imply roles are solely for men. There was also a focus on the importance of expanding networking opportunities for women to overcome challenges to empowerment. The introduction of gender quotas for executive boards was another key topic discussed during the sessions.
