The workshop aims at showcasing academic and practitioners' perspectives our students are exposed to when studying for our LLM Programme. In particular how lawyers should think differently from how they do as litigators when in ADRs environments, with a special focus on construction law in Qatar. Practical tips on how to do this will be discussed.
