Biography
Julie is an archaeological conservator who trained as an archaeologist and Art historian at the Université François Rabelais de Tours, France, and the University of Montreal, Canada, before specialising in archaeological conservation at Paris 1 University Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Canadian Conservation Institute, Ottawa.
She is conserving the archaeological grass, leather and ceramic artefacts from the Nunalleq site, Alaska (since 2015) and is involved in their study (since 2019). She is also currently acting as a conservation and curatorial assistant (2024-2026) for the RICHeS Ark of the North.
