We seek an enthusiastic individual with an interest in cardiometabolic sciences to work in the laboratory of Professor Mirela Delibegovic, FRSE. The successful candidate will join a well-funded, dynamic research group within the Institute of Medical Sciences and work collaboratively on this project with colleagues in Liverpool, Leeds, Dundee, Copenhagen, Leiden and Nantes.

Senior Clinical Lecturers work as part of the General Practice Community Medical Education (GPCME) team. General Practice is a key specialty in undergraduate medical teaching at the University of Aberdeen, with a GP Enhanced Programme supported throughout the University and at a national level. This is an exciting time to consider a position within the GP teaching team, with significant activity maintaining existing strong community teaching and developing novel teaching methods.This part-time, 40% FTE, Senior Years post is specific to lead Year 5 GP teaching and requires excellent organisational and communication skills. The applicant will develop strong relationships with numerous practices across different Health Boards in Scotland, providing GP clinical placements for students at the University of Aberdeen.
