NHS North of Scotland Research Ethics Committees

The North of Scotland Research Ethics Committees are based within NHS Grampian as part of a UK wide service overseen by the Health Research Authority (HRA) and Chief Scientist Office in Scotland.

Both Committees are flagged to review different types of studies which means they have expertise in that particular field. 

The Committees meet virtually once a month (second and last Thursdays 2.00pm - 4.00pm via MS Teams) and the dates for the meetings can be found via this link - HRA REC Directory.  The link provides information about all the REC meetings that are taking place in the UK and you can filter out by region to find your preferred REC.
