Meet the team

Katrina is responsible for the strategic development and direction of alumni engagement and regular giving programming at the University of Aberdeen, leading a talented and dedicated team of alumni and fundraising professionals who are committed to engaging the Aberdeen family in the future of the University.

Fiona is responsible for overseeing the entire alumni engagement programme, with specific strategic responsibility for alumni volunteering and recognition. She is also responsible for regional alumni engagement with Qatar campus alumni and alumni in the Americas.

Fiona is also the liaison for affinity-based engagement for the Business School and School of Law.

Chloe is responsible for leading on alumni communications, alumni engagement in Central Asia, East Asia (predominantly China and Hong Kong), and Europe, and affinity-based engagement for the Schools of Divinity, History, Philosophy and History of Art; Education; Language, Literature, Music & Visual Culture; and Social Science.

Chloe also oversees the strategic development and delivery of alumni events.

Jamie is responsible for our engagement with students and alumni-to-student engagement, as well as recent alumni and constituent-based engagement. He is also responsible for regional alumni engagement in Africa, South Asia, and the UK, and affinity-based engagement for the School of Biological Sciences; Engineering; Geosciences; and Natural & Computing Sciences. He works closely with Fiona in providing support to alumni volunteering.

Nicole is responsible for our alumni benefits and services programme and the parent and family programme, as well as alumni CPD and staff/on-campus alumni engagement. She is also responsible for regional alumni engagement in Aberdeen and South-East Asia, and affinity-based engagement for the School of Psychology and School of Medicine, Medical Sciences & Nutrition.

Lynne is responsible for co-ordinating and supporting community fundraising in aid of the University. 

Her role covers co-ordination of community fundraising events, donor care and administration for community donor-fundraisers including fundraising advice and assistance, gift processing, and reporting and stewardship.

Claire is responsible for our regular giving programme and looks after supporters who make regular donations to the University of Aberdeen Development Trust.

She is also responsible for the development and implementation of our digital fundraising, annual fundraising appeals, and telephone campaigns.

Alease is often the first point of contact for our alumni as she manages our general enquiries and welcomes visitors to Powis Gate. She also provides vital administrative support to the team and assists with the delivery of alumni events, including alumni reunions.
