The Centre for Healthcare Randomised Trials (CHaRT) is located within ACE.

There are lots of opportunities for patients and the public to find out more about our research

Projects undertaken by ACE have contributed to the development of many different research tools for both researchers and users of research.

The Centre is committed to the dissemination of research findings in the NHS in Scotland and beyond.

We have an established QA management system. This ensures adherence to the NHS Research Governance Framework and EU Clinical Trials Directive.
