Biography
Tariq joined the Epidemiology Group as a PhD student in August 2025. Investigating the acute and long-term consequences of delirium after anaesthesia and surgery. He has experience in anaesthesia and critical care.
He obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Anaesthesia Technology from King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Prior to starting his PhD here in Aberdeen, he completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Critical Care from Queen Mary University of London.
