Biography
I was appointed Postgraduate Admissions Manager in April 2025, having held the Interim role since May 2024. I manage the Postgraduate Admissions Officer team, coordinating the end-to-end admissions process for all postgraduate applications, from decision making through to CAS issue for Student Visa applications. Recently, I have worked extensively with internal teams and external stakeholders in introducing new systems to the university to enhance postgraduate admissions processes.
I held the role of Postgraduate Admissions Officer from June 2019 to May 2024. In this role, I supported the postgraduate admissions process to administer the application, offer and clearing processes, to enable Student Visa applications, within agreed timescales. Working with staff in the International Office, Enquiry Team, Language Centre and across the University including Schools, Registry, Finance, Student Support, I signed off offers made to applicants to ensure consistency across all programmes and adherence to University entry requirements and Admissions Policy.
From 2007 to 2019, I held a number of Project Management roles in the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition.
