Biography
Lahiru is a Doctoral Researcher engaged in research on the use of autonomous weapons from the perspective of International Criminal Law and International Humanitarian Law. He is a State Prosecutor attached to the Government of Sri Lanka, based in Aberdeen on overseas academic leave.
