Biography

Prior to moving to Aberdeen, I worked as the photographer on the Macclesfield Collection project at Cambridge University Library (2020-2021). I previously worked for The National Archives as a Digital Archives trainee seconded to the Borthwick Institute in York University.

I am a member of the Archives and Records Association (ARA) and have given talks on the topic of digital preservation and digitisation.I am also a member of the Association of Professional Recording Services and previously worked freelance as an audio engineer.

My primary research interest is rail transport in the late 20th century and 19th century maps and plans of railway infastructure and routes.
