Biography
Coming from a background of both academia( Brunel University:computer science lecturer) and industry training (Investment bankers and energy traders the city of London), Colette mixes her broad experience and many years of wellness training to develop Mindfulness, EI and wellbeing strategies and programs in both education and the workplace. She has worked with people from a broad range of backgrounds and utilises her professional experience in both industry and academia to offer research backed programs
