Biography

I am a Learning and Development Professional with over 20 years experience in organisational development. My particular interest areas are Leadership and Management and exploring human behaviours that maximise potential and develop an understanding of each other in an organsiational context.

I have been a practicing Coach and Mentor for 10 years.
