Biography
I joined The Centre for Healthcare Randomised Trials (CHaRT) in 2025 as a Data Coordinator supporting the EVEREST trial before moving to an Assistant Trial Manager role for the AMETHYST trial. The AMETHYST study is an NIHR funded study comparing a combination of methotrexate (MTX) and mifepristone versus MTX alone as a medical treatment for tubal ectopic pregnancy with the primary aim of reducing the need for surgical intervention.
Previous to joining CHaRT, I worked as a Research Fellow in the Institute of Medical Sciences investigating the role of Siglec-9 in ANCA-associated Vasculitis within The Aberdeen Centre for Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Health, having completed my PhD (Medical Sciences) within the Aberdeen Fungal Group.
