This years series of training workshops kicks off with the Introductory Lecture.
The CGEBM Workshop Series for 2015/16 has begun with the Introductory Lecture on October 7th. These workshops aim to give researchers the skills they need to analyse data produced by next generation sequencers. The Introductory Lectures presented the resources available in the CGEBM and projects and applications supported to date, described the chemistries behind the sequencing processes and gave a guide to considerations for experimental design, library preparation and sequencing design options and for bioinformatics analysis and interpretation of your data.
