What is happening?
We are still experiencing major file storage issues. This is affecting access to University H drives for some staff and students. A 3rd party engineer is now on-site and working with our internal teams to diagnose and repair the faulty systems. This is proving to be a difficult problem as a result we cannot provide an exact fix time.
It is most likely that file storage downtime will have to be planned for some time later this evening. Further detail will be provided in another IT Service News before 5pm today.
