Mac OS 10.8 network printing issues have been resolved.
What is happening?
We are pleased to advise that the fault has been identified that was affecting Apple Mac clients using OS 10.8 and earlier printing to network printers.
What should you do?
If you are still experiencing difficulties with network printing then we recommend that you reconfigure your Apple Mac using the instructions found in the following factsheets:
