Upgrade to Microsoft System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection (SCEP) anti-virus software package
What is happening?
Starting on Tuesday 27th August, IT Services will be pushing an upgrade to the Microsoft System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection (SCEP) virus-checker on all UOA Windows PCs.
What should you do?
The upgrade is automated and requires no input. When your PC virus-checker upgrades from Version 3 to Version 4 you MAY notice a message bubble from the Windows Action Center saying that AV protection has been disabled. This will only show for a couple of seconds whilst the upgrade takes place.
