Urgent maintenance on all staff H drives and CASS shared filespace
What is happening?
Further to the maintenance that was undertaken last night, we are required by our external vendors to carry out additional work on our filespace servers that will result in an outage to filespace this evening.
This will occur between 18:00 and 18:30 TONIGHT and will affect all Staff H drives and CASS shared filespace.
What should you do?
Please be aware that access to your home and shared drives will be unavailable for the duration of this outage.
If you are planning to work on documents etc during this period, please save your work locally onto your hard drive or a USB drive. After this period, copy these files back to the shared drive to enable them to be backed up overnight.
