MFD Printer services restored. Some outstanding problems with non-MFD print queues.
What is happening?
DIT are continuing to investigate the problems with the printing service. We have been able to restore service to the MFD print queues (MFD-PULL-BW and MFD-PULL-COLOUR) but are aware that there are still issues with printers that connect to print queues \groupprint and \proximityprint.
What should you do?
We recommend that you print to your nearest MFD device in the meantime while we continue to investigate the fault with the other print queues.
