No IT Service Desk provision due to team meeting
Due to a Service Delivery Team meeting on Monday 18th April 2011, all IT Service Desk telephones will default to voicemail between the hours of 12noon and 3pm.
There will be no IT Service Desk presence in Room G83, Edward Wright Building or Room 1:122 Polwarth Building, Foresterhill, during this time.
The DIT Reception window in Edward Wright block A will be open for emergencies and printing-related queries only. All other queries will be on a best endeavours basis and may be referred back to the relevant Service Desk team.
