What is happening?
Due to essential maintenance please note that Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) will be AT RISK on Monday 1 November from 17:00 to 19:00. OWA is the web based e-mail service that allows you to connect to your e-mail via a web browser, rather than using a full e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Entourage or Apple Mail.
What should you do?
This will not affect users who are using a full e-mail client from the desktop. This will only affect users who access their University email via the Web. If you use the Web Access version of email, you should be aware that the service may be subject to some disconnections and we recommend that you keep saving your emails to Drafts folder and if possible avoid writing long emails during this essential maintenance period.
