Planned upgrade to Student fileserver
What is happening?
DIT engineers will be undertaking essential maintenance to the undergraduate fileserver on Thursday 28 October between 07:00 and 07:30. During this time, access to student network filespace (pchomes / H drive) will be AT RISK.
What should you do?
Please be aware that access to your network filespace, mapped as H within the classrooms, will be at risk during this time. We recommend that you do not save files to this location while this maintenance period is ongoing. Should you need to work, please save your files onto a local storage device regularly to minimise any work loss during this period. Please remember to copy any files saved on the storage device back to your H drive at a later date.
