On 19th and 20th October 2023, Professor Trimmings and Dr Momoh are invited experts at the international, interdisciplinary Experts’ Meeting convened by Professor Marilyn Freeman and Professor Nicola Taylor at the University of Westminster. The meeting, which is chaired by Philippe Lortie, First Secretary at the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH), follows the 2023 HCCH Special Commission into the Operation of the 1980 and 1996 Hague Conventions. Professor Trimmings will be presenting on presenting on parental child abduction and domestic abuse.
