Postgraduate students from across the UK have been encouraged to submit papers for a major conference at the University of Aberdeen.
Moving Forward – a hugely successful annual event that brings together students working on Masters degrees and PhDs in Arts and Social Sciences, Law, Business, Divinity, Religious Studies, Education and Music and Languages – is now in its fourth year.
The conference's aim is to bring postgraduate research students together from different departments, schools and universities to discuss and debate common issues and problems. Individuals will be able to network and form long term friendships, as well as having an ideal opportunity to present and discuss their work in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.
The conference will be held on 13-14 June 2007 at the King's College Campus in Old Aberdeen, and papers on any topic within the scope of the College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) are currently being sought. Abstracts in MS Word of no more than 250 words should be sent to
