Dr Thomas L Muinzer of the CET (Co-Director of the Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law) has acted as one of two independent UK academic reviewers on a major new report that has just been released.
The Production Gap, compiled by a range of international experts, demonstrates that governments’ planned fossil fuel production remains dangerously out of sync with international commitments under the Paris Agreement.
