University celebrates Highly Cited Researchers

The Web of Science has released its annual list of Highly Cited Researchers. Researchers from The Health Services Research Unit, Institute of Medical Sciences, Rowett Institute, and School of Biological Sciences have been recognised in the 2019 list for their contribution to Cross-field research and to the field of Environment and Ecology, Microbiology and Pharmacology and Toxicology.

Marion Campbell, VP Research, expressed her delight at the success of our academic colleagues, including Pete Smith, Shaun Treweek, James Prosser, Alan Walker, Sylvia Duncan, Harry Flint, Petra Louis and Roger Pertwee, who are among the most influential researchers in the world. She added “this demonstrates the world-leading research being undertaken at the University of Aberdeen and my congratulations to those achieving this accolade”. The full list can be viewed here.
