What is happening?
We are currently aware of an issue with external calls coming to Foresterhill and Aberdeen Sportsvillage numbers. Callers from outside the University dialling a number starting 01224 43 will be getting “Number Unobtainable”.
Calls to Old Aberdeen 01224 27 numbers and outgoing calls are not affected. Internal calls between extensions are also unaffected.
We are currently working with our telephone vendor on a resolution and will update in due course.
