In July CHERI Director, Prof Jen Cleland, stepped down as the Chair of the Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME) after 5 years in post.
Jen commented: “It’s been a great privilege to work with the ASME team and the other Directors. My focus has been change – moving the organisation forward, aligning mission, aims and objectives with action. ASME now has a clear and unique niche in a crowded market and is in good shape to go forward as an independent membership organisation. I look forward to seeing ASME’s continued progress under the guidance of our new Chair and Directors.”
