It’s easy to request more!

1. Go to https://365abdn.sharepoint.com/projects/circuit-request
2. Fill in the required information and submit the form. You will receive an automated email confirmation, acknowledging receipt of your request.
3. We will pass your request to our colleagues in Estates, and once we receive a quote from them, we will forward it to you for approval.
• Note: Make sure you have the approval of your line manager or School admin officer before going ahead.
4. If you approve the quote, you will need to arrange for your department to raise an internal purchase order to Estates for the work required. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time for the work to be carried out.
5. You also have the option to reject the quote, thereby cancelling your request.
